arion login does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances. If we determine that a user does not meet the age requirement, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be voided, and any funds may be withheld pending review.
3. Account Creation and Security
To use arion login, you must create a single registered account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, or contact information — may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, arion login reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and consolidate or withhold funds pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. arion login will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login information. 4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using arion login, you agree to the following obligations and usage rules:
- You will use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game mechanics, payment systems, or security measures on the platform.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the platform itself.
- You will not engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials or the misrepresentation of your identity.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the arion login platform, including its software, design, or content.
- You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes on the platform are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer processes, and that results are not influenced by arion login or any third party.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance remaining in the account.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All transactions on arion login are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits may be made through supported payment methods including GCash, Maya, and major Philippine online banking channels. The full list of available methods is shown in the Deposit section after login.
arion login does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Deposit page and may be subject to change. arion login is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers. For any deposit-related issues, refer to the FAQ page or contact our support team.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. arion login reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
arion login provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, arion login shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
All content on the arion login platform — including its design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, and written materials — is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from arion login.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. arion login does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Access to such services is at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
arion login reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or activity that poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
